The organisation employs people who are employed and provide: a contract of mandate (441 people), self-employed (745 people). Additionally, the company employs solely on a contract of mandate: 5 people and self-employed (5 people).

Data collection method:

The data was compiled on the basis of the analysis of the number of persons registered in the system. Each month we prepare statements of our employees and generate data from the HR and payroll system on an ad hoc basis.

Contracts with suppliers include anti-corruption clauses. In accordance with internal procedures, an anti-corruption clause is an integral part of each new agreement concluded by the Bank with suppliers and contractors. In case of annexation or extension of contracts with suppliers or contractors without anti-corruption clause, they are supplemented with anti-corruption clause.

At the branches in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, employees must regularly report any gifts worth more than 50 euros.
