The Management Board of the Bank, in relation to the report 128/2013 of 3 December 2013, informs that on 17 February 2013 the Bank obtained the decision of KNF (the Polish Financial Supervision Authority) of 14 February 2014, under which the Authority expressed its consent to include the amount of PLN 500,000,000 constituting the subordinated debt of the Bank for issue of subordinated bonds in the Bank’s Tier II capital calculation.
