The Management Board of mBank S.A. (hereinafter the "Bank") hereby announces that from 27 August 2013 to 22 July 2014 the Bank has concluded several agreements with one of its clients, the Bank's subsidiary ("Subsidiary") totalling PLN 1,144,790,400 million. The agreement with greater value was a credit agreement concluded on 27 August 2013 worth EUR 100,000,000 (PLN 424,730,000 according to NBP exchange rate of 27 August 2013). The interest rate of the loan is based on EURIBOR increased by the Bank's margin. The agreement provides neither for penalties nor conditions precedent or subsequent. The total value of the aforementioned agreements exceeds 10 % of the Bank's equity.

Article 78 (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
