The Management Board of mBank S.A. (hereinafter the "Bank") hereby announces that from 23 July 2014 to 10 September 2014 the Bank concluded several agreements with one of its clients, the Bank's subsidiary ("Subsidiary") totalling PLN 1,533,750,000.

The agreement with the greatest value was a credit agreement concluded on 10 September 2014 worth PLN 1,183,750,000.

The interest rate of the loan is based on WIBOR/EURIBOR (depending on the currency of a given tranche) increased by the Bank's margin.

The agreement provides neither for penalties nor conditions precedent or subsequent.

The total value of the aforementioned agreements exceeds 10% of the Bank's equity.

Article 78 (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
