The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces that under a resolution of the Bank's Supervisory Board of 27 October 2014 Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska was appointed a member of the Bank's Supervisory Board as of 28 October 2014 until the end of the current term of office of the Supervisory Board.

Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska - PhD in economics. Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics of faculty: finance and banking and MBA in the French Management Institute (IFG). She obtained a PhD degree at the Warsaw School of Economics, with a dissertation on bank's corporate governance over an enterprise. Currently she is working as a lecturer at Warsaw School of Economics and she is conducting research into corporate governance. From 2006 to 2009 she was a director at Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu responsible for corporate governance, and earlier she was an adviser to private companies and companies with a share of the State Treasury as a consultant in Arthur Andersen. Since 2006 she has been holding positions of a member of supervisory boards. She underwent an academic internship from 2003 to 2004 at the University in Munster in Germany as a holder of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation scholarship and from 2001 to 2002 at the California University at Berkeley as a holder of the Polish-American Fulbright's Foundation scholarship. She also underwent academic internships at Cambrigde (MIT), Tuscon (UoA), Munster, Copenhagen (CBS), Birmingham (BBS), Berlin (HSoG), Genoa (UoG - Law School), and Vienna (WU). She is the author of numerous works on corporate governance.

In accordance with information collected by the Bank, Ms Słomka-Gołębiewska is not involved in activities competitive to the Bank.

Ms Słomka-Gołębiewska has no records in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.

In accordance with the criteria applied by the Bank, Ms Słomka-Gołębiewska is an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board.
