With reference to current report no. 84/2014 of 12 December 2014 on the sales of shares of BRE Ubezpieczenia Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw to Avanssur société anonyme with its registered seat in Suresnes, France, the Management Board of mBank S.A., pursuant to the information obtained on 13 November 2014, hereby notifies that the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office upon conducting anti-monopoly proceedings instigated at the request of Avanssur approved the concentration consisting in taking over control of BRE Ubezpieczenia Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji S.A. Therefore, one of two conditions, listed in the current report no. 84/2014, suspending the transaction has been met. |
