The Management Board of the mBank S.A. ("Bank"), in relation to the report 117/2014 of 17 December 2014, informs that the Bank obtained the decision of Polish Financial Supervision Authority ("KNF") dated 8 January 2015, in which the KNF expressed its consent to include in the Bank's Tier II capital the amount of PLN 750,000,000, constituting the subordinated liability of the Bank as a result of the issue of subordinated bonds. |
