In reference to Current Report No. 18/2015 of 30 March 2015, the Management Board of mBank S.A. hereby announces that under the resolution on the distribution of 2014 profit adopted on 29 March 2015 by the resumed Annual General Meeting of mBank S.A., the dividend for 2014 will not be paid.

The net profit generated by mBank S.A. in 2014 in the amount of PLN 1,174,096,218.00 will be distributed as follows:

1. PLN 50,000,000.00 – to the general risk fund of mBank S.A.;
2. PLN 406,523,549.00 – to the supplementary capital of mBank S.A.

The remaining part of the profit, amounting to PLN 717,572,669.00, will remain undistributed.
