The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces that since 29 May 2015, the Bank has concluded several agreements with one of its clients, being the Bank's subsidiary ("Subsidiary"), totalling PLN 1,207,787,000.00

Of the aforesaid agreements, the loan agreement of 3 June 2015 worth EUR 80,000,000 (PLN 330,456,000.00 according to the NBP exchange rate of 3 June 2015) to be repaid by 8 June 2016 had the highest value.

The loan was granted for financing lease receivables and refinancing the existing credit obligations.

The interest on the loan is based on EURIBOR increased by the Bank's margin.

The agreement includes standard conditions precedent typical of such agreements, which were met at the time of concluding the agreement.

The agreement includes conditions subsequent typical of such agreements.

The total value of the aforementioned agreements exceeds 10% of the Bank's equity.
