The Management Board of mBank S.A (the "Bank") announces that:

• The Management Board of CCP.PL sp. z o.o. (formerly Call Center Poland S.A.; a company indirectly dependent on the Bank) filed a bankruptcy petition involving the liquidation of the company’s assets on 21 October 2014 with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 10th Commercial Division for bankruptcy and reorganisation cases. On 13 January 2015, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 10th Commercial Division for bankruptcy and reorganisation cases, declared bankruptcy of the company involving the liquidation of its assets (file ref. no. X GU 554/14). The decision became final and binding on 20 January 2015. The Court appointed judge commissioner in the person of Edyta Dzielińska, District Court Judge, and liquidation trustee in the person of Jolanta Ogorzałek-Krzemińska.
• The Management Board of BusinessPoint sp. z o.o. (formerly ContactPoint sp. z o.o.; a company indirectly dependent on the Bank) filed a bankruptcy petition involving the liquidation of the company’s assets on 30 April 2015 with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 10th Commercial Division for bankruptcy and reorganisation cases. On 26 June 2015, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 10th Commercial Division for bankruptcy and reorganisation cases, declared bankruptcy of the company involving the liquidation of its assets (file ref. no. X GU 544/15). The decision became final and binding on 3 July 2015. The Court appointed judge commissioner in the person of Anna Żuława, District Court Judge, and liquidation trustee in the person of Łukasz Grenda.

Both above-mentioned companies were sold in 2015 during the liquidation proceedings involving the liquidation of their assets to buyers from outside mBank Group and thus ceased to be companies dependent on the Bank.
