| The Management Board of mBank S.A. announces that on 11 March 2016 Standard & Poor’s Rating Services _S&P_ changed the rating outlook of mBank S.A. _"BBB"; "A2"_ from negative to stable in connection with a similar change in Commerzbank AG’s rating outlook. mBank S.A.’s rating outlook had been negative since 3 February 2016, which the Management Board of mBank announced in current report no. 4/2016 dated 4 February 2016. |
