In connection with Current Report No. 82/2014 dated 11 September 2014, the Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”) hereby announces that the value of the credit agreement dated 10 September 2014 signed with a client of the Bank being a subsidiary of the Bank, referred to in the report dated 11 September 2014, was reduced from PLN 1,183,750,000 to PLN 933,750,000. The amount was reduced by PLN 250,000,000 based on an amending annex signed on 23 March 2016 between the Bank and its client.

Additional legal basis:
Article 78(3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
