The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces that since 9 March 2016, the Bank has concluded several agreements with one of its clients, being the Bank's subsidiary ("Subsidiary"), totalling PLN 1,285,227,500.00.
 
Of the aforesaid agreements, the loan agreement of 7 June 2016 worth 105,000,000 EUR to be repaid by 28 August 2018 had the highest value (PLN 457,096,500 according to the NBP average exchange rate of 7 June 2015).

The loan was granted for financing lease receivables and refinancing the existing credit obligations.

The interest on the loan is based on EURIBOR increased by the Bank's margin.

The agreement includes standard conditions precedent typical of such agreements, which were met at the time of concluding the agreement.

The agreement includes conditions subsequent typical of such agreements.

The total value of the aforementioned agreements exceeds 10% of the Bank's equity.

Article 78(3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering to be equivalent of information required by regulations of the country not being a member state.
