The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces that under a resolution of the Bank's Supervisory Board of 10 June 2016 Christoph Heins was appointed as Vice-President of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer, as of 1 July 2016 until the end of the current term of the Management Board.
Mr Heins embarked on his career in 1988 in Dresdner Bank. Since then he occupied many positions in Commerzbank Group, both in Germany and abroad, gaining valuable experience in the front office, back office and support area. In 2008 Mr Heins was appointed as CFO in Commerzbank’s branch in New York and performed this function until his return to Frankfurt in 2012. Currently, Mr Heins is the Head of Group Controlling, a unit in charge of financial reporting and planning at Commerzbank Group.
Mr Heins graduated from Bankakademie in Frankfurt am Main (currently: Frankfurt School of Finance and Management) in 1996 and obtained a master’s degree in banking (Diplom-Bankbetriebswirt (BA)).

To the best of the knowledge of the Management Board of the Bank, Mr Heins is not involved in activities competitive to the Bank.
Christoph Heins has no records in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
