With reference to Current Report No 75/2016 dated 21 September 2016, the Management Board of mBank S.A. announces that according to information obtained on 22 September 2016 from rating agencies S&P Global Ratings and Fitch Ratings, the tranche of bonds with a nominal value of EUR 500,000,000, referred to in the above current report, will be granted a “BBB” rating which corresponds to the rating of the Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN).
