The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”), with reference to the report No. 2/2017 of 20 January 2017 regarding the court registration of an increase in the share capital, announces that the second sentence of the said report contains a clerical error.

The second sentence of the said report reads as follows:

“On 19 January 2017, the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw registered the increase in the share capital of the Bank up to PLN 169,177,020.”

The correct wording reads as follows:

“On 19 January 2017, the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw registered the increase in the share capital of the Bank up to PLN 169,117,020.”
