The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”) announces that acting on the basis of the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting, on 30 March 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Bank adopted a consolidated text of the By-Laws of the Bank.

The consolidated text of the By-Laws is enclosed hereto.

The amendments to the Bank’s By-Laws will enter into force as of the date of their registration by the registry court, which will be communicated by the Management Board in a separate announcement upon receiving information on the registration of the amendments.
