With reference to the information from the Bank Guarantee Fund (“BFG”), the Management Board of mBank S.A. informs that the amount of the annual contribution to the resolution fund set by BFG for mBank in 2017 is PLN 113,222,587.38. The total contribution to BFG (contribution to the guarantee fund for Q1 2017 in the amount of PLN 15,404,214.73 and annual contribution to the resolution fund) included in costs of Q1 2017 amounted to PLN 128,626,802.11. Costs of contributions and transfers to the BFG of mBank Group in Q1 2017 amounted to PLN 132,277 thousand. |
