The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”) announces that under a resolution of the Bank's Supervisory Board of 25 October 2017, Mr Adam Pers was appointed as Vice-President of the Management Board, Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, as of 26 October 2017 until the end of the current term of the Management Board.

Mr Pers graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Academy of Economics in Poznań. In 2008, he completed an MBA programme organised by Warsaw School of Economics. He gained expertise in the field of banking both at university and in three institutions operating on the Polish market. Mr Pers began his professional career as a trainee at Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy S.A. From 2000 until 2011, he worked at Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. Group, where he performed a number of functions. This allowed him to gain valuable experience both in front and back office. He joined mBank Group in 2012, first as the Director of the Financial Markets Sales Department. He was then responsible for implementing the new unit structure and business model. He also introduced new rules of cooperation with the corporate banking and risk area. In November 2013, he was appointed the Managing Director. His main responsibilities included supervision over sales of financial markets products to corporate clients and non-banking financial institutions, and for development thereof. In 2016, he took over Trading.

To the best of the Management Board’s knowledge, Mr Pers is not involved in any activities which compete with those carried out by the Bank.

Mr Pers has no records in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
