With reference to the current report no. 68/2017 of 23 November 2017, the Management Board of mBank S.A. _"Bank"_ informs that mBank received a decision of the Financial Stability Committee _"FSC"_ of 1 December 2017 issued upon the request of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority _"PFSA"_ pursuant to art. 39 paragraphs 1 and 3 in conjunction with article 5 of the Act on macroprudential supervision over the financial system and crisis management in the financial system of 5 August 2015.

Pursuant to the said decision, the FSC expressed a positive opinion on imposing on mBank S.A. a buffer of other systemically-important institution, determined in accordance with art. 38 of the Act on macroprudential supervision over the financial system and crisis management in the financial system, in the equivalent amount equal to 0.75% of the total risk exposure, calculated pursuant to art. 92 paragraph 3 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council _EU_ No. 575/2013 dated 26 June 2013.
