With reference to the current reports no. 68/2017 of 23 November 2017 and 73/2017 of 11 December 2017, the Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank") informs, that the Bank obtained a decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority dated 19 December 2017, which imposes on the Bank, both on an individual and consolidated basis, a buffer of other systemically-important institution in the equivalent amount equal to 0.75% of the total risk exposure calculated pursuant to art. 92 paragraph 3 of the Capital Requirements Regulation (No. 575/2013).
