The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces the publication dates of the periodic reports:

1) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2017 – 28 February 2018 instead of 2 March 2018 as it was reported in the current report No. 1/2017 dated 11 January 2017.

2) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2018 - 10 May 2018.

3) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2018 containing condensed semi-annual standalone financial statements - 31 July 2018.

4) Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2018 - 30 October 2018.

5) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2018 – 28 February 2019.

In addition, the Management Board of mBank announces the Bank resigns from publishing consolidated quarterly reports for the second and fourth quarters pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. This resignation includes also the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2017, which according to Current Report No. 1/2017 dated 11 January 2017, was to be published on 8 February 2018.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Bank informs that on 8 February 2018, the Bank will publish the selected non-audited financial data for mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2017 in the form of a current report.
