The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank"), in reference to the current report no. 10/2018 dated 21 March 2018, hereby informs that on 29 March 2018 Polish Financial Supervision Authority gave consent for qualifying funds from subordinated loan in the amount of CHF 250 million (in words: two hundred fifty million Swiss francs) as instrument in the Bank’s Tier II capital. The amount of CHF 250 million is the equivalent of PLN 893.2 million according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of 29 March 2018.
