The Management Board of mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, LEI no. 259400DZXF7UJKK2AY35 ("Bank") informs that the Bank’s Home Member State within the meaning of art. 55a sec. 1 item 1) of the Act on public offerings, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading and public companies (as amended) as well as art. 2(1)(i)(i) of the Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the harmonisation of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and amending Directive 2001/34/EC - is the Republic of Poland. The above information is delivered to the public with regard to the fact that the shares of the Bank are listed on regulated market in Poland and moreover the Bank’s bonds are listed on regulated market in Luxembourg.
