With regard to the current report no. 50/2018 dated 9 October 2018, the Management Board of mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Bank") informs that on 28 November 2018 r. the Bank received the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) granting the KNF’s approval to qualify the following proceeds as the Bank’s Tier II instruments:

1) subordinated bonds of MBKO101028 series in the amount of 550,000,000.00 PLN (in words: five hundred fifty million zlotys) and

2) subordinated bonds of MBKO101030 series in the amount of 200,000,000.00 PLN (in words: two hundred million zlotys).
