The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces the publication dates of the periodic reports:

1) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2018 – 27 February 2019 instead of 28 February 2019 as it was reported in the current report No. 3/2018 dated 17 January 2018.

2) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2019 – 30 April 2019.

3) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2019 containing condensed semi-annual standalone financial statements – 30 July 2019.

4) Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2019 - 30 October 2019.

5) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2019 – 3 March 2020.

In addition, the Management Board of mBank announces the Bank the Bank decided not to publish consolidated quarterly reports for the second and fourth quarters pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. This applies to the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2018 and 2019.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Bank informs that the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2018 in the form of a current report will be published on 7 February 2019 and the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2019 in the form of a current report will be published on 6 February 2020.
