With reference to the information received from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BFG") on 17 April 2019 and to the current report no. 7/2019 dated 22 February 2019, the Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that the amount of the annual contribution to the resolution fund due for 2019 set by the BFG for the Bank, including the adjustment of contribution paid in 2018, amounts to PLN 183,937 thousand.

 

The total contributions to the BFG (contribution to the bank guarantee fund for Q1 2019 set by the BFG in the amount of PLN 14,385 thousand and above mentioned annual contribution to the resolution fund in the amount of PLN 183,937 thousand) included in the Bank’s costs of Q1 2019 amounted to PLN 198,322 thousand.

 

The mBank Group’s costs of contributions to the BFG in Q1 2019 amounted to PLN 211,637 thousand in comparison to PLN 117,315 thousand in Q1 2018.
