Contents: 

With reference to the letter received from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BFG") on April 17, 2020, the Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that the amount of the annual contribution to the resolution fund due for 2020 for the Bank, including the adjustment of contribution paid in 2019, amounts to PLN 156,329,832.23.

The above amount will be recognised in the costs of the Bank related to Q1 2020.

The total contributions to the BFG (contribution to the bank guarantee fund for Q1 2020 set by the BFG in the amount of PLN 30,203,617.34 and above mentioned annual contribution to the resolution fund in the amount of PLN 156,329,832.23) included in the Bank’s costs of Q1 2020 amount to PLN 186,533,449.57.
