The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank") informs that it learned that the Management Board of the Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange), by its resolution of 26 June 2020, decided to admit, under regular procedures, 1,000 shares of the Bank to stock exchange trading in the primary market as of 26 June 2020 those shares are coded by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych SA (the National Depository for Securities) as PLBRE0000020.

The admission of the said shares of the Bank to stock exchange trading as of 26 June 2020 will take place on the condition that the National Depository for Securities converts the aforesaid registered shares of the Bank into ordinary bearer shares, and upon their assimilation with the Bank’s shares traded on the stock exchange under the code PLBRE0000012, on 26 June 2020.

At the same time Management Board of the Bank announces that it learned that on 23 June 2020, the National Depository for Securities decided to assimilate on 26 June 2020 1,000 ordinary bearer's shares of the Bank, created after the conversion of 1,000 ordinary registered shares of the Bank having the code PLBRE0000020, to 42,338,367 ordinary bearer's shares of the Bank having the code PLBRE0000012.

The shares covered by the assimilation are given the code PLBRE0000012.

As of 26 June 2020:

1) 42,339,369 shares of the Bank bear the code PLBRE0000012,

2) 11,000 shares of the Bank bear the code PLBRE0000020.
