With reference to the current report No 84/2020 dated 22 December 2020, the Management Board of mBank S.A. (Bank) informs that on 8th April 2021 a company under the name of mTowarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Spółka Akcyjna (mTFI S.A.) was founded. On that day Bank acquired 100% shares of mTFI S.A., representing 100% votes at the general meeting of mTFI S.A.
