Contents: 

The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that in accordance with the letter received from the Bank Guarantee Fund (“BFG”) on April 22, 2021, the Bank’s annual contribution to the resolution fund for 2021, including the adjustment of contribution for 2020, amounts to PLN 122,031,732.01
The above amount will be recognised in the costs of the Bank related to Q1 2021.
