The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that in connection with the decision taken by the Bank on July 20, 2021, the costs of legal risk related to foreign currency loans in CHF recognized in Q2 2021, amounted to PLN 248.4 million. The increase of the impact of the legal risk in the second quarter of 2021 resulted mostly from the change in the forecast population of borrowers who, according to the Bank's assumptions, will file a lawsuit against the Bank. At the same time, the Bank informs that the net result recorded by mBank Group in Q2 2021 was positive.
