The Management Board of mBank S.A. "the Bank" announces that on August 27, 2021, Prof. Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska, Chairwoman of the Bank's Supervisory Board, and Mr. Cezary Stypułkowski, President of the Bank's Management Board, received a letter of resignation from Mr. Joerg Hessenmueller, who decided to resign as member of the Bank's Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee, the Executive and Nomination Committee, the IT Committee as well as the Remuneration Committee of the Bank's Supervisory Board with effect from September 30, 2021.

Mr. Hessenmueller did not mention reasons of his resignation.
