Information regarding additional contribution to the Borrowers Support Fund With reference to the current report No 31/2022 dated July 15, 2022, the Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that on September 15, 2022, it received a letter from the Council of the Borrowers Support Fund (“Council”) regarding the amount of the additional contribution to the Borrowers Support Fund (“BSF”). In the above letter, the Council informed that based on the information received from the Chairman of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority regarding data pertaining to the size of housing loan portfolios where the delay in repayment of principal or interest exceeds 90 days, and the opinion on the amount of the contributions to the BSF for Q2 2022, it established the amount of the additional contribution to the BSF for the Bank at PLN 50,459,506.45. The payment will be made by 30 September 2022. The above amount will be recognised in the costs of the Bank related to Q3 2022. The Bank expects that in Q4 2022 it will receive the information on the contribution to the BSF for Q3 2022.
