His appointment to the Bank's supervisory board depends on a positive assessment of his suitability. </font></span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"> <span lang="EN-US"><font face="mBank">Michael Kotzbauer serves as vice-president of the management board of Commerzbank AG responsible for the corporate client segment.</font></span> </p> </body> </html>
