The rules and regulations for presentation of information on the status of balances and turnovers on the accounts in the BRESOK-SPM system: Information on the status of balances and turnovers concerning bank accounts that is made available using the BRESOK-SPM system is presented within the framework of the system in the following time frames: From 7.00 hrs – provision of information on the status of an initial balance of accounts; From 7.00 through 21.00 hrs - cyclical (every 15 minutes) updating of information regarding the status of balances and turnovers on the accounts; At approx. 21.00 hrs – the last update of information on the status of balances and turnovers on the accounts. General rules and regulations for the processing of orders in the BRESOK-SPM system:  Orders placed through the BRESOK-SPM system are processed using the following rules: Orders placed on a business day until 18.00 hrs are processed on the next business day following the day they have been placed with the bank; Orders placed on a business day after 18.00 hrs are processed on the second business day counting from the day they have been placed with the bank; Orders placed on a day free from work – notwithstanding the time the order was placed with the bank – are processed on the second business day following the day when the orders were placed with the bank. Orders with future date of acceptance for processing thereof: if the future performance date falls on a business day, the orders are processed by the bank on the next business day; if the future date of acceptance for the processing thereof falls on a day free from work, the bank shall process the orders on the second business day following the day free from work.
