In March we launched a fundraiser for the Polish Centre for International Aid (PCPM) Foundation. You have already donated over PLN 10 million to Ukraine relief efforts. mBank and the PCPM Foundation would like to thank all donors!
We added new solutions to online banking and the mobile app to make it easier to donate to the Polish Centre for International Aid Foundation. Clients could make donations using a special shortcut on the dashboard in online banking or the mobile app. Thanks to our cooperation with Paynow, a payment gateway offered by mBank Group, anyone who clicked “Donate” at www.mBank.pl/ukraina could contribute to the fundraiser.
Thanks to our combined efforts, in only two months we raised more than PLN 10 million for the humanitarian aid provided by the Polish Centre for International Aid Foundation!
mBank #StandWithUkraine
mBank is a socially responsible institution. Thanks to quick and smooth implementation of a dedicated solution in our services, our clients and employees donated over PLN 10 million to the Polish Centre for International Aid Foundation. This money will be used to provide support and relief to Ukrainians in need. I would like to sincerely thank our clients for their joint effort and generosity.
Cezary Stypułkowski, President of the Management Board of mBank
The funds are spent conscientiously and sent wherever they are needed most. The PCPM Foundation allocates them to:
- humanitarian aid in Ukraine,
- support for refugees in Poland,
- educational support for Ukrainian children,
- restoration of destroyed Ukrainian cities, schools, hospitals and other critical infrastructure in the future.
We are extremely grateful for all the support offered by mBank’s clients in the wake of the biggest humanitarian crisis since World War II. Your donations allow us to provide help to people fleeing from Ukraine in a quick, flexible and efficient way. We also provide humanitarian aid in Ukraine, including food, medical supplies and hospital equipment. Our efforts are also focused on evacuating civilians. Currently, our priority is ensuring support for Ukrainian refugees in Poland. Those people need a roof over their heads. We also hope that, with mBank clients’ support, we will soon be able to help rebuild the liberated areas of Ukraine, including schools, health facilities and other critical infrastructure, to prepare them for resettlement.”
Dr Wojciech Wilk, Chairman of the Polish Centre for International Aid (PCPM) Foundation
Jointly with the PCPM Foundation we also established a Centre for Creativity and Education for Ukrainian mothers with children. The Centre is located in mBank’s office building in the very heart of Warsaw. Every day the Centre is visited by dozens of children. The former office now houses a school offering dance classes, sports activities, art classes or book readings for children. The children can also get help from a psychologist and speech therapist, and attend Polish lessons. Their mothers receive psychological support and career advice.
One of the greatest challenges is helping Ukrainian children who fled to Poland. Educational centres such as the one located in mBank’s headquarters in Warsaw allow children, especially pre-school children, to come and spend time in a safe environment.

Anyone who wants to support the PCPM Foundation can still do this in online banking or at www.mBank.pl/ukraina.
