The amended versions of the Regulations on Paynow Payment Integrator for Corporate Banking Clients of mBank S.A. and the Tariff of Fees and Commissions of mElements S.A.

24 July 2024 we are changing the Regulations on Paynow Payment Integrator for Corporate Banking Clients of mBank S.A. and the Tariff of Fees and Commissions of mElements S.A.

Both documents have been changed to include provisions on deferred payments, a new payment method developed by PayPo and executed using the Paynow payment gateway.

The provisions regulate:

  • definition of a deferred payment and indication of PayPo as the provider of this payment method
  • update of the definition of an intermediary institution and of a payment method,
  • conditions that a buyer must meet to use deferred payment as the payment method at a merchant’s store,
  • merchant’s obligation to publish the conditions that buyers must meet to use deferred payments on its online store website,
  • procedure in the event where a buyer terminates the tied loan agreement with PayPo (if deferred payment has been selected as the payment method),
  • specifying the provisions of the Regulations by adding references to deferred payments in articles concerning the general terms of service and parties’ liability arising from the provision of the Paynow service,
  • disclaimer that mElements does not handle complaints about financing services provided by PayPo,
  • addition of deferred payment, a new payment method developed by PayPo, to the Tariff of Fees and Commissions, and indication of the currently applicable commission rate.
