Dear Sir/Madam,

please be reminded that the method of making payments to the Social Security Institution (ZUS) changes as of 1 January 2018. Social insurance contributions will be settled with a single domestic Elixir transfer or with the Express Elixir transfer in PLN. Please order the transfers from accounts maintained in PLN.

The existing settlement form will be active until 8:00 PM on 29 December 2017.
You can check your individual contribution account number on the website www.zus.pl/eskladka/wyszukiwarka-nrs.
Every contribution account number contains the bank’s number 60000002 and its last 13 digits constitute the ID code that includes the payer’s NIP.
