The Regulations “mBank S.A. Internet Customer Service System mBank CompanyNet” will change as of 5 July 2019:
 

• provisions on API (adaptation of the bank’s services to the requirements set out in the Payment Services Act implementing PSD2) will be added,
• provisions on term deposits, spot foreign exchange transactions and Financial Market Transactions will be amended,
• the section dedicated to cash will be complemented with provisions allowing clients to file an instruction to make an open cash withdrawal at a branch of Poczta Polska,
• additionally, we removed the address fields in the Identification Card.
