On 5 September 2022, the amended Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A. will enter into force.
In Part II of the Regulations:

• we updated the contents of the statement accepted by the customer when signing an agreement, an amending annex or a document in electronic form in the mBank CompanyNet system; additionally, we prepared a statement to be accepted by the customer during the remote agreement signing process (we will launch the process in the future),
• we described how the new module called Online Assistant works,
• we updated information on the generation of electronic MT940 and MT942 statements.
