We are amending the Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing Bank Accounts at mBank S.A. as of 21 November 2022.

The key changes are as follows:

• we have specified, in greater detail, the reasons for which the bank may terminate a bank account agreement in the case where a client breaches the provisions of the Act of 1 March 2018 on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing or where the bank is not able to duly perform its duties arising from this act,
• we have simplified the language of the Regulations.
