mBank CompanyNet platform security

The mBank CompanyNet platform guarantees top security level thanks to the use of tokens and qualified certificates. Confidentiality of information sent is ensured by means of TLS protocol with a 128-bit key. The transmission of data is performed directly with mBank’s servers, without the use of proxy servers. The session of Internet banking operations is automatically closed if the user is inactive for a specified period of time.

Encryption and certificate - mBank CompanyNet

The connection with the CompanyNet system is encrypted with the TLS (128-bit key) protocol. It guarantees complete security of data exchanged between the bank and the Client, provided that the Client actually got connected with the bank. Before logging in to the system, the Client should always verify the certificate of the login page to make sure that he is connected with the bank’s website.

ID and token - mBank CompanyNet

ID or alias are technical names of the Client’s employee who is a user of the CompanyNet platform. They should, therefore, be considered confidential and used exclusively when logging in to the system and in the correspondence with mBank. The ID should not be disclosed to unauthorised persons by e-mail or phone.

To ensure top security, user authentication during logging in and transaction authorisation requires the use of a device called a Token or of a certificate.
