  • 1.  

    PUSH notifications

    • PUSH notifications are sent to a device automatically, even if the user is not logged in to the application (operating on the principle of notifications from application stores). An icon with the content of a new event appears on the telephone/tablet screen. PUSH notifications inform you about:

      • orders to be authorised, which eliminate payment stoppages in the company
      • rejected orders
      • change in the exchange rate of a given currency
      • transfer of the expected amount to the account
      • change in the account balance
      • debiting the account etc.
      • other notifications defined by the user

    FX mPlatform

    • The applications allows you to:

      • conduct FX transactions, as well as to consult a dealer in the case of non-standard currencies and high-value orders
      • present currency quotations online
      • define and receive PUSH notifications about the market reaching the expected exchange rate
      • place a buy/sell order on currencies at an exchange rate determined by the Client
      • present the Client’s order list

    • Thanks to advanced filters, the user of the application can search for important information about orders, their status, as well as the contractors and card users.

    Logging in using the Touch ID technology

    • It only requires to scan the user’s fingerprint, which eliminates the need to remember a number of complicated passwords to the electronic banking system. Therefore, it is much more comfortable to use the application; at the same time, top security standards are met. This is an alternative method of authentication available to users of Apple devices

    Logging in using a mobile gesture

    • A sequence of numbers (always in a different combination) appears on the screen. The user logs in by marking his individual PIN code (composed of 6 to 12 digits). If a device (telephone/tablet) falls into wrong hands, there is no possibility to reconstruct the PIN code by touching the same spots on the device screen again.

    • It supports effective management of the employees’ business cards. It allows for a swift verification of blocked cards and card turnovers and for an ergonomic modification of card limits. It provides, among others, the basic information about cards - card type, card number, user number, expiry date, card status and available funds. 1 Download and activate the mobile application

  • download the application from the website or browse for the name “mBank CompanyMobile” in your operating system manufacturer’s store (i.e. Appstore, Google Play, BlackBerry World and Windows MarketPlace).
  • the application will then ask you to give consent to receive Push notifications, thanks to which you can obtain information about the changes in the order status, currency exchange rates etc. Next, select the option “Activation”.
  • in order to activate, the application will ask you to enter the mBank CompanyNet ID or “alias” used in the mBank CompanyNet system, and then to enter the code generated by a token

2 Log in to the mBank CompanyNet system

  • to continue the activation process of the device in mBank CompanyMobile, log in to mBank CompanyNet (as a user with authorisation rights; you can also ask somebody from your company holding such rights to do it).
  • to continue the activation process of the device in mBank CompanyMobile, log in to mBank CompanyNet (as a user with authorisation rights). Select the "My Profile/Mobile" tab with the list of mobile devices awaiting activation. If you use several devices, the procedure must be repeated for each one of them.
  • if other users use the devices, select the “Users” tab, select the ID of the user for whom changes are authorised and then the “Mobile” tab with the list of mobile devices awaiting activation. Then, select the option “Edit”, select the device you want to activate and confirm the action by clicking “Activate” and entering the Token code.

3 Activate the mobile application

after the activation in the mBank CompanyNet system available on the website, you will be able to log in to the application on your smartphone or tablet.

Security

 The application ensures top security standards:

  • logging in using a token, a unique PIN, the Touch ID technology
  • communication is protected with the TLS protocol
  • the user can verify access to the Bank himself using his mobile device
  • authorised persons within the company decide who can access the application and which devices can be used for this purpose
  • no confidential data is stored in the mobile device or in the application

 

In the mBank CompanyMobile system, your mobile device is treated as an ID, so that you do not need to provide any additional information when logging in. If you lose your mobile device, remember to deactivate it in the mBank CompanyNet system. You can also contact us directly.

To ensure top security, user authentication during logging in and transaction authorisation requires the use of a device called ActivCard Token. The token is protected with a four-digit PIN defined by the user. Neither the token nor the PIN should be disclosed to third parties. Please note that the password should be given exclusively when logging in to the system and authorising orders.
