On 20 November 2020 the address of the registered office of mBank S.A. will change, therefore we updated the address in our regulations. The updated regulations will enter into force on 20 November 2020. The regulations whose content does not include the bank’s address will not change; the update refers only to address footers.

Scenarios

The Bank presents example, illustrative data describing the functioning and potential result of a given financial instrument in various market conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Scenarios”), both in positive and negative conditions.

At the request of the Client, the Bank may send the Scenarios in hard copy. The Client is obliged to read the Scenario at least before concluding the first Transaction of a given type.
