The Bank presents example, illustrative data describing the functioning and potential result of a given financial instrument in various market conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Scenarios”), both in positive and negative conditions.

At the request of the Client, the Bank may send the Scenarios in hard copy. The Client is obliged to read the Scenario at least before concluding the first Transaction of a given type.
