Cut-off-times for payment instructions received in the form of SWIFT MT101 messages (Request for Transfer) via a participant other than the Bank in the SWIFT MT101 Message User Group debiting Clients accounts serviced in the area of SMEs and Corporates at mBank S.A.

domestic payment orders (including internal transfers within the Bank)	accepted for execution by the Bank on a business day until 3:00 pm are executed on the same business day
	accepted for execution by the Bank on a business day after 3:00 pm are executed on the next business day

* Execution date specified in the SWIFT MT101 message may be a future date. In such a case the Bank books the order on the account of the Client at the date specified in the message received, provided that the date is a business day for the Bank. Otherwise, the Bank books such an order on the following business day falling after the date specified in the content of this message.

Cut-off-times for payment instructions of Clients serviced in the area of SMEs and Corporates at mBank S.A. forwarded in the form of SWIFT MT101 messages (Request for Transfer) through the Bank debiting the accounts maintained by other participants of SWIFT MT101 Message User Group.

	received by the Bank on a business day after 6:00 pm can be forwarded to the receiving bank on the same or on the next business day for the Bank
	received by the Bank on a non-business day can be forwarded to the receiving bank on the same or on the next business day for the Bank
