We kindly inform you, that with effect from the 23th June, 2014, the change occurs on the list of domestic banks, for which mBank offers the service of Intra-Polish USD Payments.

We remind you, that the service of Intra-Polish USD Payments available in the mBank’s offer from the 1st March, 2011, concerns  settlement of USD payments in favour of  beneficiaries having their accounts in the selected domestic banks in Poland in the full amount to the beneficiary’s bank (*).

For payment to be classified as the Intra-Polish USD Payments, the following conditions shall be fulfilled:
- having the BIC Code of the beneficiary’s bank (list of the banks covered by the service has been presented below)
- beneficiary’s account must be indicated in IBAN standard
- cost option must be defined as a ’SHA’ (i. e. costs of the transferring bank are covered by the person requesting the pay¬ment, while costs of third party banks are covered by the beneficiary)
- stating the ’STANDARD (D+2)’, ’URGENT (D+1)’ or  ’EXPRESS (D)’ order execution mode.
Payments that do not meet the above conditions will be executed as before, i.e. the cost of other banks will be deducted from the amount of the payment or - for the cost option ’OUR’ - will be deducted from the Customer’s account.

mBank executes payments in the full amount in favour of beneficiary’s bank to the following domestic banks:

(*)Bank indirectly involved in the settlement process will not charge their fees from the amount of the payment. The only charge that may occur on the  beneficiary’s side , can be result due to the terms and conditions of an account in its bank
