- functioning of tokens, qualified and authorisation certificates as well as electronic signatures
- integration of the bank's electronic banking systems with the client's systems
- training in the use of electronic banking systems
- recovery of archival account statements
- ongoing support and details of using the electronic banking systems, in particular: logging in to the electronic banking systems, executing orders and instructions
- generating and downloading reports, verifying the status of orders and instructions
- documentation concerning electronic banking
