Current Report No. 116/2013 The Management Board of BRE Bank SA ("|Bank"|) announces that on 13 November 2013 Mr Maciej Leśny, Chairman of the Bank's Supervisory Board, received a resignation letter from Mr Ulrich Sieber, Member of the Bank's Supervisory Board and its Deputy Chairman. Mr Ulrich Sieber will cease to hold his function on 30 November 2013. His resignation arises from the fact that he will finish his mission as a Member of the Management Board of Commerzbank AG, which was announced by Commerzbank AG in its statement of 6 November 2013.  |
