| Information on the annual BFG contribution to the Resolution Fund for 2022 The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that in accordance with the letter received from the Bank Guarantee Fund (“BFG”) on April 19, 2022, the Bank’s annual contribution to the resolution fund for the year 2022, including the adjustment of contribution for the years 2020 and 2021, amounts to PLN 182,988,454.87. The above amount will be recognised in the costs of the Bank related to the first quarter of 2022. | ||||||||||||
